ComfArd Digital is a social media and client acquisition agency based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through comfarddigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean ComfArd Digital.

- Mailchimp, for our newsletter.
- Brevo, to send email notifications from this website.
- Calendly, for booking discovery calls.
- ScoreApp, for the Client Attraction Tool.
- IONOS, which hosts this website.
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe.
